1. No Returns on Customized Items

As all our shirts are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

• After 24 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vpdindy@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement if the mistake is on our end.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

• Orders canceled within the allowed time frame.

• Orders that we cannot fulfill due to unforeseen production issues.

• Defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
